This is a used machine.  It was completely operable 4 years ago when used last.  I don't think there is any reason why it wouldn't still work fine, but I make no guarantees, as I cannot test it myself.  It is being sold "AS-IS."  It has some rust as you can see in the picture, but that should clean up.  The following is the description of the PC-104 off of the DuraWound website.  I am not sure if the specs are exactly the same since this PC104 is about 10 years old.
