This crochet hook is hand-turned in curly maple to a size J and is 8.5 inches long, including the decorative top. The size is stamped on the sterling silver, hand crafted collar. It has a carved thumb rest for comfort. It's topped with a 10 mm Swarovski Crystal in Sapphire and sterling silver.
Curly maple is an exotic form of hard maple that has a lovely figure to it. There are bands through it that shimmer in the light! It's one of the most beautiful of light woods!
