We charge US $7.00 for the first clothing and US $3.00 for every subsequent clothing when purchased in a single transaction. Any purchase of jewelry together with clothing will be shipped at no extra charge.

Jewelry
We charge US $3.90 for the first jewelry and US $1.00 for every subsequent jewelry when purchased in a single transaction. Jewelries listed in sets (lots) are counted as one (1) jewelry. FREE shipping when purchased with clothing.

Purchases are delivered within 24 hours from Malaysia (except weekends & public holidays) using Pos Malaysia's Registered Airmail service. This service includes tracking and delivery confirmation for complete proof of delivery. Allow 7 - 21 business days for packages to arrive.

Expedited shipping service (Express Shipping) is available upon request. Express Shipping takes 3 - 5 business days and charges depend on the weight of your total purchase. Contact us together with a list of interested items for Express Shipping rates.

1) What methods of payment do you accept?
At the moment, we accept credit card and Paypal only.

2) Will you charge sales tax / customs / duties on my order?
You might be required to pay customs and duties before the local customs release your package. Please inquire at your local customs to familiarize yourself with the local laws. AsiaJam will not charge you any sales tax on top of your order.

3) Do you ship to an international address?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world and offer one of the lowest worldwide shipping rates on the Internet!

4) How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are provided within 48 hours after purchase. If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us immediately. Once provided, wait for 7 - 14 days and access your local postal's website to utilize their Track & Confirm service. For U.S. residents, you can track your packages at USPS.com

5) How would I know if the item fits me?
All garments are measured in inches. To determine fit, please match the measurements of the garment with the measurements of your body. Garments that come in one size only are designed to fit a range of sizes by using fabric that stretch. Stretchable fabric usually come with two measurements - before and after the garment is fully stretched. We usually recommend the best sizes to fit comfortably into the garment. However, as perceptions of sizes can vary, it is strongly recommended to match the measurements of the garment with your body to determine accurate fit. Low rise / Low waist garments are designed to hang just above the hip bone therefore the waist measurement for these garments usually run slightly larger than those of your natural waistline.

6) How do I measure myself?
Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Low Waist: Wrap tape measure about 1 - 2” below your natural waistline.
Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

7) How do I care for my items?
In order to increase the longevity and maintain the appearance of your garments, all clothing items should be hand washed with gentle laundry soap. Wash with like colors as color may bleed. Please avoid using bleach as bleach is very harsh on fabric and will cause fibers to breakdown. It is best to hang clothing to air dry.

8) Why is my item labelled a different size from the one I purchased?
All sizes recommended in Asiajam have been adjusted to Western sizing. Check measurements provided to be sure of fit. When you receive your item, sizes may differ on the label attached to the garment as they are true to Asian sizing. Asian sizing run smaller than the Western. Rest assured, despite the variance in sizes, the measurements of garments are the same.

9) Will you sell larger sizes?
At the moment, we do not offer any other sizes other than those on sale. However, we are currently working on bringing in larger sizes. Do sign up to our newsletter/membership to receive updates.
