 14.5 cm x 10.5 cm

Fasten template with low adhesion tape.  Cut into the grooves.  CAREFUL!!  Cut in the direction of the arrows.  Use 3mm paper strips(quilling paper) and thread through the grooves with the Papuela threading pen (also available in our ebay shop).  The strips should project a little over the grooves at the top and bottom.  Glue these projecting pieces down (on the back of the card) so that they remain firmly in place.
