Declared Value for ALL orders required to clear customs will be the Sum of your winning bids (shipping is not included in the declared value). All sales will be declared as "Retail Sale". Falsifying Customs Documents is a crime punishable by up to 1 year in jail and a $40,000 fine. Please do not ask us to declare as "gift" or "warranty". You are responsible to pay all taxes and brokerage fees, which will be collected at delivery. Canada Post normally charges about a $5.00 brokerage fee on orders with a value over $20.00 CAN. On orders under $20.00 CAN, frequently they do not collect tax or brokerage fees.
Complete bikes ship to Canada Via UPS, all other items that fit within Postal Size limits ship via USPS Air Mail / Canada Post.
When we Ship
We ship orders the business day following receipt of payment. We prefer to ship via UPS to the contiguous 48 states. If it is not convenient for you to receive UPS delivery at home, we will be happy to ship it to your work address.
Feedback
We post positive feedback on the day we ship your order. If you are not happy with your transaction, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do whatever we can to make it right for you. If an item does not fit, we will swap for the correct size (if available), or take it back in the original packaging. Shipping is not refundable.

Out of Stock
If due to our error we are out of stock on an item listed, we will with your approval, substitue a similar like or better quality item. If a sutible substitue is not available in our inventory, we will refund your entire purchase price (via your original payment method) plus send an additional $5.00 to you via Paypal.
