Great pride is taken in every AVIVA product. Most commercial items have a 2-year warranty for valves and seams. They also come with repair kits when purchased. Safety and durability are of the highest importance.
AVIVA's creative inflatables make for easy storage for the most popular products. From water slides to pedal boats, winter sleds and climbing rocks, all AVIVA's products can be easily inflated using a common home inflator, leaf blower or shop vac with a 2-way switch. The best option for inflating would be the Instant Air or Super Pumps, which each come with separate adapters for all inflating needs.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call the toll-free phone number in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you.
