You are buying the Avon Nativity Collectibles Melchior one of the Three Kings   The figure is in clean MINT condition.  It comes in its box with styrofoam insert which holds it snugly. The box has a bit of storage wear and the lid has been taped from opening and closing.  I am listing more of these figures and I combine shipping costs.  My handling fee is $.50/item.

If you are buying this as a replacement and do not need a box and styrofoam insert, I will be happy to deduct $1.00 from your total.  These figures have been around for a long time and if you don't need an extra box, I ship the figure with lots of bubble wrap wrapped around it.  Please tell me if you don't need the box.
