We accept payment by Pay-Pal. If paying by Pay-Pal we only ship to Pay-Pal verified address's. If your address is not verified we will cancel the sale of this item. If Pay-Pal holds or freezes your payment we will ship when Pay-Pal releases your payment to us. This doesn't happen often but it does happen. We cannot control what Pay-Pal does.
If you cannot pay for the item please do not bid. All non paying bidders will be reported to E-bay.
Out of stock items:
We do have a "brick and Mortar" retail location and sometimes we do run out of stock on items before we can cancel an auction. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when it will be back in stock. If the timing is not acceptable to you we will refund your money promptly.

I'm sorry but at this time we can only ship Bass Guitar's in the Continental United States.
Shipping: Winning bidder to pay all shipping costs unless stated differently in the auction. Please inquire as to exact costs.
Free shipping when offered is only good for the Continental United States. Resident's of Hawaii and Alaska must write us for a shipping quote.
We will not ship to PO boxes or third party addresses so please do not ask.
International: We do ship international please write us first with your city and postal code so we can give an accurate rate on shipping it it's not already stated in the auction.
International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Warranty: We sell new and gently used merchandise.
Used Items: If your item is used we are unable to offer any warranty although we do have our tech's check out all used equipment to make sure it's in good working order before we list here on E-bay. We only list used items that we would sell in our store.
New Items: When offered new products come with a manufactures warranty. Keep your packing slip as your receipt for proof of purchase.
RETURN POLICY: Any item you are dissatisfied with is returnable.

ITEM MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SENT, WITH ALL ORIGIONAL PARTS, PAPERWORK AND PACKAGING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REQUEST. IF ANYTHING IS MISSING FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE THE BUYER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE MISSING ITEMS UP TO 30% OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED, WITH A MAXIMUM FEE OF $40.00.

We are a legitimate dealer of the products we list. We have set prices (manufactures advertised price or MAP) from our distributors that we are allowed to advertise the products for. All of our distributors consider e-bay a form of advertising so we have to stick to the prices they set or risk losing the dealerships.
When they offer a better deal and lower the "MAP" price we pass that savings on to you. All item's are already greatly discounted from the retail price as much as we are allowed.
We believe in doing business as honest as possible, we do our best to do right by both our customers and our distributors.
