Handling time:

Our items are purchased and stored in different locations around the world. We’ll ship the ones stored outside EU borders in two stages: first to our logistical facility in the UK, and then to you, thus saving you all dealings with customs, taxes etc. This might, however, make for a slightly prolonged handling time of your order.
In any case, our actual handling time will be up to 3 working days.

Dispatch time:

UK buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse, using first class Royal Mail services or DPD Courier service.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands buyers: Items will be shipped with DPD Courier service.

All other buyers: Items will be shipped via Royal Mail International Priority Service Shipping time for these items should usually take up to 5 - 7 working days, but can vary according to the local postal services.
Total shipping & handling time should be up to 14 working days; we cannot guarantee time of delivery.
Some of these items will be sent directly from their original location, shortening the total shipping time.
Insurance:
Shipping insurance is available and highly recommended; we don't take responsibility for uninsured parcels.

Note to our customers: If you see a discrepancy between the shipping cost on eBay and the shipping cost in our drop-down shipping calculator, the correct shipping cost is the CHEAPER one.

Returns are accepted for a store credit or a money refund (your choice) up to 7 days after the item has been received. In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund not only the item's price, but also the full shipping costs.

Please contact us by email to request an RA # (Return Authorization Number). Be sure to note your eBay item number in your email.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save all the original tags, packaging and paperwork of the item. Items must be returned to the same address from which they were sent.

We accept the following payment methods:

Pay Pal: We prefer domestic and international Pay Pal payments.
Note: Due to the limitations of PayPal's insurance coverage, we reserve the right to decline PayPal payments for certain items and/or from certain users.

Money Transfer: We accept direct bank money transfer. Please contact us upon finalization of the sale in order to receive our bank details.

Credit Cards: We accept most major international credit cards. However, due to the risk involving credit cards, please note that we reserve the right to decline credit card payment at our sole discretion. Contact us to arrange credit card payment.

Your bid is a binding contract. Place your bid only when you are sure about the item in question, and only if you are serious regarding your purchase. We request that customers complete all payments within 3 days from end of auction.
