TERMS

Please read description carefully and please look at pictures carefully.  Please e-mail any questions before you bid.  I am not an expert on any item I have on auction or for sale. Please do not assume anything about these items. If there is something that should be on the item or something about the item and you do not see it, "PLEASE ASK". I try to describe the best I can and give a photo or photos of them, I am human and sometimes I make mistakes - please communicate with me and I will work with you. 

Please Do Not Bid if you do not agree to the shipping costs provided or the quote for International shipping.

I reserve the right to refuse bids from bidders with private/excessive negative feedback .

 Payments are expected to be received 3 days tops after auction ends. I do accept Money orders if they are sent the day after auction ends.  If payment is not received I follow the normal e-bay procedure which is to report an unpaid item. If I do not receive payment through those means, then negative feedback will be left and item will be relisted.
Paypal is required for payment from International bidders.

 I try to ship items next day they are paid for. I do have little children and sometimes things happen and I might delay a day or so, but I will let you know in that case.   USPS shipping would be used for Domestic shipping (48 continental states of the United States). UPS or USPS would be used for Alaska, Hawaii and International bidders.  International Bidders must make arrangements and verify cost for shipping and insurance, prior to bidding. Telephone number is required for all International shipments. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Please keep in mind that any customs charges or duties due upon receipt of the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask me to mark lower value than the price paid at the end of the auction, this is ilegal. 

Will apply discount for shipping with multiple purchases, except for fragile items.

Additional packing and handling charges will be an additional cost already added to the shipping cost - due to the high cost of packing materials needed for safe arrivals. Please do not bid if you are not satisfied with this additional charge.

INSURANCE

I package well, but I encourage you to purchase insurance.  I am not responsible for lost items and the only way to recover those costs is through insurance. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipping, so please consider insurance. Insurance is optional on some of my listed items, but is recommended. Insurance is required on fragile and valuable items.

CONDITION RATING CHART

This list is from best (top) to worst (bottom) condition.

NEW – Brand New

GREAT – Very Good Used Condition,. This item will have no stains, cracks, chips or holes.

GOOD - Little Bit of Wear, with minor imperfections, but a lot of life left.

FAIR - Very Used Condition. May be damaged or have noticeable flaws. I would only list these items, if I feel they are rare or hard to find. 

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

               I will only allow a return if the items are not as described.  I have described every item to the best of my ability - do not bid if you are not sure.  If a return is necessary it will be returned with your responsibility of the shipping cost. Refunds will be made to the original purchase price only, after I receive the item.  I have no reason to not disclose - Please bid with confidence - I want to continue to due business on eBay and my reputation is very important to me. 

               If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased from me, I would appreciate you contacting me within 48 hours of receiving the item and before you leave negative feedback. I will then gladly resolve the issue as quick as I possibly can. If item is not insured, I will not refund for damage done during shipping.  Items to be returned must be in the original condition as received. I reserve the right to make deductions for wear and/or damage to the item.
