I bought this Second Nature set for my baby thinking she'd love it, I was wrong!  I have 3- 4 oz bottles with the nipples in tact;as shown below.
I sterilized the bottles before the first use and washed them after attempting to feed her with them, I remember trying to feed her two times with 1 or 2 of the bottles.
At least 1 of the bottles is probably still New/unused.  I consider them all in unused/new condition.

When should I use the Cereal Nipple?
The Second Nature Cereal Nipple has larger holes and is designed especially for feeding your baby milk or formula fortified with cereal. Also, if your baby has difficulty getting enough milk out of the Second Nature Nipple, you can try the easier flow of the Cereal Nipple instead.

How should I wash the bottles and nipples?
Second Nature nipples are easily damaged by other bottle and nipple brushes, as the bristles on those can easily rupture the thin membrane of the nipple. The Second Nature Nipple and Bottle Brush has been uniquely designed with a special syringe end for safe and effective cleaning of our nipple’s sensitive membrane.
