Original 8x10-inch black-and-white glossy publicity photo / movie still was produced to promote the 1956 Warner Brothers film, BABY DOLL, which starred Karl Malden, Carroll Baker, Eli Wallach, Mildred Dunnock, Lonny Chapman, Eades Hogue, Noah Williamson, Madeleine Sherwood and Rip Torn. The film was directed by Elia Kazan, and written by Tennessee Williams. This is an original studio-issued still -- NOT a copy or reproduction. Title information is printed on the lower border. The photo features a great shot of Carroll Baker licking an ice cream cone, as she gazes up at Karl Malden. Overall condition: Solid VG/VG+..... The still has a few pinholes near the corners, plus a few mild surface marks/indentations. However, these flaws are not very distracting, and otherwise, the photo is clean and bright.
