PAYMENTS: I accept PayPal payments from PayPal confirmed shipping addresses covered by PayPal's Buyer Seller Protection Policy.
SHIPPING: Most items are shipped out within 1 business day from date of cleared payment via Priority Mail, DHL, UPS or FedEx. All high value and breakable items are shipped with insurance included to make sure your product arrives safely and your investment is protected. All items are shipped with tracking numbers or delivery confirmation.
Most priority mail items are shipped in brand new priority mail boxes. Most other carrier's shipments are shipped in new or clean recycled brown boxes with the exception of large area rugs which ship rolled in a plastic rug shipping bag. Every item is packaged well to prevent damage, invoices are included with shipments and shipping notifications with tracking numbers (if applicable) are emailed to you at the time of shipment so you will know when and where your item is at all times.
COMBINED SHIPPING & COUPONS: We have sales almost daily and also offer combined shipping discounts for customers who order more than one of any item from my store. To ensure you receive the cheapest shipping rate possible please wait until you receive a combined shipping invoice from me before making payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship most items to the USA and Canada but will ship some items internationally. Please contact me directly if you are an international buyer looking for a shipping quote.
RETURNS: I strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction and will accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with the item. The item must be returned within 3 days of purchase and must be in the same condition as sent or returns will not be accepted. Only the cost of the item will be refunded and return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. At this time I cannot accept returns for items shipped internationally or for Area Rugs.
