Bidding & Questions
Bidding is a contract. Please ask any questions before you make that commitment, if you are unsure about anything. I will be happy to answer your email as soon as I can.
Payment
I accept either Paypal or a money order. I need your payment sent to me within 7 days. Communication is key; please email me if you are sending a money order. I like to know I should be looking in the mail for it. I am usually very reasonable, I just need to hear from you if there is ever a problem or delay with your payment!! If I get no response from you by day 7 I will file for my fees back with Ebay.
Shipping
I will do my best to ship your item out no longer then 48 hours from your payment. I say this to cover my butt; I will usually ship your items out the same day you make your payment.
This item will cost $2.75 to ship FIRST CLASS MAIL with Delivery confirmation.
Insurance is optional, on anything under $50.00. Insurance is required for anything over $50.00.
Refunds and Returns
Generally refunds are handled on a case by case basis. However here are some things to consider.
If I have made a mistake or misrepresented the item in some way I will refund your shipping and purchase price. I will usually stand by my auction descriptions 100% because all flaws will be disclosed in the auction, if any. However, we are all human and if I miss something I will do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
If size is a factor, as with clothing, I ask that you check the description for measurements. If you still get the item and it doesn't fit, I will ONLY refund purchase price after I get the item back. I will not refund shipping to you or for the item to come back to me. In some cases, I will allow you to use my auction to relist the item yourself, resulting in NO refund from me, but you always have the chance to make more money for the item then you paid!
Feedback
I have worked very hard to build up my feedback and I of course would like to keep it going POSITIVELY strong. Please email me with any problems before just leaving feedback – I will try and work with you to make sure your experience is POSITIVE as well!
I will leave feedback after you do because that is part of my system. I like to leave feedback to complete the sale. Once I have left feedback I consider our transaction complete.
