-Paypal: This is the only way I can process credit
cards.
I reserve the right to refuse Paypal payments that provide an unconfirmed shipping address (billing and
shipping addresses do not match). Information concerning address confirmation can be seen by visiting the
help section of www.paypal.com.
-Money order/cashiers check:
Please use eBay checkout if
you’re paying by either of these methods so I know to expect your payment in the mail. Be sure to attach
a note with your payment that includes the eBay item number, your user ID, and any special handling
instructions.
-Personal checks:
Not accepted.
Payment Terms
Due within 7 days from time of purchase. If you will be
unable to provide payment in this time period you must contact me. Money order/cashier check payments must
be postmarked within this time frame. Otherwise, the item will be relisted and an unpaid item strike
dispute will be filed.

-All items are shipped double boxed for
extra protection.
-Items are generally shipped within 48 hours of
payment. Please allow additional time for payments made
over the weekend or on/near holidays.
-International orders may
experience custom delays and/or taxes. Any custom taxes
that may be incurred are
the buyer’s responsibility.
All sales are final unless the wrong size and/or
style is received or if the item
contains flaws that weren’t described. In such a case I could either
send a replacement if available or your welcome to exchange for something
else available in my eBay store. A full refund including all shipping
costs is also an option.
I will be happy to assist you with any

below prior to contacting me. I am NOT

Are these
authentic?
Yes, all my merchandise is authentic and acquired directly from the
manufacturer or authorized retailers.
Do you have this size or
style available or can you get it?
Everything I have ready for sale is listed. If you would like to
request a certain size or style I’d be happy
to contact you if I come across what your looking for.
I don’t have the money to
buy these shoes right now; can you hold them
until I do?
I can’t place anything on hold. However, I do give buyers 7 days to
make payment so you could place a bid or use
the "buy it now" option if you will have the money within that time
period.
Do you have any additional
photos?
I do not take any additional photos after an item has been listed
simply because it's unfeasible considering the amount of stock I have at any
given time. I try to take detailed photos
that cover all angles to prevent the need for this.
Why did you refuse my
payment?
This usually means an unconfirmed Paypal shipping address was provided
which occurs when the billing and shipping
addresses do not match. Sometimes I’ll make an exception since I
realize customers are unable to provide a
confirmed address whether they are away at college, want the item
shipped to their office, etc. but in such a case
the customer must have a high positive feedback percentage. If your
payment is refused, please respond ASAP and
let me know if you will or will not be able to provide a confirmed
shipping address.
Why haven’t my shoes arrived
yet?
If you’ve already received a shipping notification, please view the
status online by using the tracking number
provided. Often times when a package is taking longer than expected a
notice was left and this will be shown in
the status. If you are located outside of the US it’s a possibility
that your package is being delayed by customs.
