SHIPPING TAKES PLACE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Shipping takes place Monday through Friday with some exceptions on Saturday for USPS packages. UPS packages ship Monday through Friday.

When I generate your shipping label you will receive an e-mail with delivery information, including tracking information.

RETURN POLICY

I gladly accept return merchandise. If for any reason your product is not what was described in the auction or is broken or damaged upon receipt, please notify me immediately via e-mail. I will pay for return postage and will issue a full refund once the item has been received by me in the condition it was shipped. All paperwork, tags and packaging must be included. If you are returning the item due to buyers remorse or you have just changed your mind I will issue a full refund of the price paid for the item, the shipping in this case will be the responsibility of the buyer. I welcome any questions or concerns you have regarding this policy.





Insurance is optional with most USPS packages. I ask that the most delicate of items require the buyer to purchase insurance and these auctions are clearly marked in the item description. With UPS the first $100 is included with the cost of shipping, anything over that amount is optional.
