We love to combine shipping. Please contact us for a combined shipping invoice when you are completely done bidding and/or purchasing all your items. Combined shipping is limited to items won and/or purchased within 5 days of the first item and PAID TOGETHER ON ONE INVOICE - no exceptions.
Mix-n-match a total 10 single charms or more, and ask us for a combined invoice for a big reduction in shipping charges.
We prefer paypal but accept money orders. Payment is due within 5 days. Mailed payments must be received within 7-10 days. No personal checks please.
Please read our listings carefully and do not bid/purchase items unless you intend to pay and complete the transaction. We are responsible for paying listing fees and if you purchase something you do not intend to pay for, we must file with ebay inorder to be reimbursed for the listing fees. We encourage you to ask questions prior to purchasing and/or bidding on items. Non-paying bidders will be reported after 10 days of non-payment and/or communication and appropriate feedback will be left.
We ship daily - Monday through Friday. Item(s) ship within 24-48 hours (business days) after receiving cleared payment. If you pay by e-check, your payment will not clear for 3-4 business days after you submit payment, it is not an instant transfer.
You will receive an email informing you that your payment has been received/cleared and your item has shipped. You will also receive an email with the delivery confirmation number for your item. Please note that the delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number. It is a number that will provide information as to whether or not an item has been delivered.
Insurance is optional but recommended. The choice/risk is the buyers not the sellers. We are not responsible for uninsured shipments. When checking out you have the option of purchasing insurance, this is the ONLY way you can insure your item will be replaced if your order is lost/damaged by the postal system. If you choose against insuring your purchase, you are taking the risk and cannot hold us responsible for your choice. Please remember that at check out.
PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED SHIPPING CONFIRMATION FROM US WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOU HAVE MADE PAYMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US BECAUSE OCCASIONALLY THE SYSTEM GETS HUNG UP AND PAYMENTS DO NOT COME THROUGH.
All sales are final unless an item is defective upon receipt and returned within 7 days. You will receive a full "purchase price" refund. We cannot, however, refund shipping fees.
NOTE: A defective item is an item that does not work - ie. a watch, flashlight, etc. not an item that has been damaged in transit by the postal service.
Please understand that shipping fees were used to get your item to you and, therefore, are not refundable. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not bid and/or purchase our items.
All items are from a smoke free but not pet free home. We have cats but keep them out of our merchandise storage/packing area to ensure that all our items are kept clean and in ready to ship condition.
