DESCRIPTION: GUARANTEED 100% AUTHENTIC Baccarat smoke grey crystal elephant with the trunk up which is a sign of good luck and good fortune. This measures 5 inches long by 3.75 inches tall and 1.75 inches thick. It is marked in 2 places, one is the acid circle mark on the front legs bottom. Also, it is scripted etched on the back of the hind legs "Baccarat". The elephant is mint and perfect condition. Photo somehow shows a lot of lints and dust. There is no scratch on it at all. The crystal weighs 15 oz. It is mint condition in its original foam box. I have searched on the internet and cannot find the color version, you will see a lot of the clear crystal color only. This is retired and no longer available in the store, here is your rare opportunity to own this magnificent crystal elephant. RETURN POLICY:
• AUCTION ITEMS: Items sold from the auction style listing are FINAL SALES and sold "as is" and "as described". Unless the item was grossly mis-represented, no return will be accepted. Please be serious and read the description again to be clear of what you will be buying.
• FIXED PRICE ITEMS: Most of my fixed price items (unless otherwise stated in the listing) are brand new authentic brand name items, I have a 3-day no question ask return policy. Based on the Post Office website delivery confirmation tracking date and time, you have 3 days (72 hours from the time you receive the item) to decide if you want to return the item. It is IMPORTANT the item MUST BE in original, non-use and resalable condition along with all original packaging.
All you have to do is to email me for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can email me through eBay listing "Contact Seller" to contact me.
• RE-STOCKING FEE: All return items will be charged a "15% re-stocking fee", shipping and insurance paid are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of a buyer to ship the item back insured with delivery confirmation so I receive it back to resell within 7 days.
FINAL NOTES:
• INSURANCE - The idea of insurance is to insure "just in case" the item gets lost, stolen from your mail box or damaged during shipping.
I have been selling on eBay for over 9 years, it does happen on an average of 1% of all packages.
In the event of the unfortunate situation, please be kind to me. I will try every possible way to ensure you will get your "INSURED AMOUNT" back.
For damaged item, I can file the damaged claim immediately.
For lost package, I must wait 30 days before I can file for the claim on your behalf.
It is a painfully long process to file for the claim but I promise you I will do my utmost best to help you to get your money back.
• BUYING CONTRACT - If you are the winner of an auction item or use "BUY IT NOW" to purchase the item, we have a contract here.
You agree to pay for the total amount including the appropriate shipping cost within 5 business days.
In the event of the item got damaged during the process or got lost before shipment, as a seller, I will fully refund your purchase price. I will also offer you a 10% off for the next one item as a result of the inconvenience I have caused. It has only happened once in 9 years but I want to be clear it is the only obligation I have to you as a seller, no further claim will be available.
