This Bach was made at the Elkhart, IN factory shortly after the move from Mt. Vernon, NY - approximately 1966 - 67. Serial # 31XXX. It has the letter "M" stamped above the serial # indicating a medium bore horn. Valves and slides are smooth and fast. I am the second owner. The original owner had a dent removed near the back bell / mouthpiece receiver brace. It required the bell to be removed. When it was reattached some of the lacquer came off near the front bell brace. It does not, however, effect the sound in anyway. The horn is in very good condition and will not require any repair, unless you wish to relacquer the bell. The case is included and is also in very good condition. The horn also comes with a Bach Corp. Mt. Vernon 7C mouthpiece and three mutes. This is a good solid horn for pro and student alike!
Thanks for looking and please check my other items for sale. I have some nice horns, and a leather Reunion Blues gig bag that holds 2 trumpets and a flugelhorn.
