Shipping & Handling

WE DO NOT SHIP ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF THE USA AND ITS TERRITORIES

SAFE/SECURE SHIPPING

Our shipping department ships all of our items in hard protective cardboard boxes or bubble wrap envelopes or heat sealed water resistent and airtight envelopes & these boxes/envelopes are sealed with security tamper proof tape (if needed) to ensure they are not damaged or tampered with during shipment.
All shipping amounts are per auction won (see combined shipping).
All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Services (UPS).
- All packages will have delivery confirmation (USPS) or tracking number (UPS) included in the cost (Please note that usps does not have tracking for the ways that we ship. we can provide you with a delivery confirmation number but not a tracking since they do not offer it.)

COMBINED SHIPPING

SHIPPING AND HANDLING will be discounted by 20% on all items won excluding the first item, within a 10 day period starting with the first auction won.
Please email us through ebay my messages if our checkout system does not auctomatically combine the items for you. Please note that you must go through most of the checkout to see them combined. If you complete the checkout without combining them we will not refund the 20%.

INSURANCE

If your item arrives damaged in any way, email us through ebay my messages & ship it back to us, and we will ship you a replacement item immediately. Please include your ebay item number or invoice number if you bought from our website.
If your item does not arrive within 30 days of the ship date, after checking the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking (to see where it is) we will ship you a replacement item, and we will deal with the insurance reimbursement. You must notify us that you have not recieved your item. Please email us through ebay my messages. We will only anwser emails through ebay my messages.

LATE/SHORT PAYMENTS-CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Credit/debit card chargebacks : Chargebacks that are not due to our actions will result in a $35.00 USD fee to the buyer/cardholder. Then the account will immediately be sent to a collection agency. Chargebacks can only be started by cardholder, so it is the buyers own doing if they decide to take this action, hence the buyers fault..

Paypal diputes/claims : Please email us through ebay my messages before you do any dispute or claim through ebay or paypal. Usually takes us up to 3-4 days to respond so please be patient.
