is $5 in lieu of the shipping

The pickup fee is non-refundable should you return the product for any reason.

- If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund,
the product must be returned at your expense within seven (7) business
days of receipt of the product. The original and return shipping
charges will not be refunded.
- If a product is received broken, damaged in shipping, or DOA (Dead
On Arrival), PABUILDPRO will replace the item at no expense to you (if
one is available). In the event that one is not available, a similar
product may be substituted with your approval, otherwise, a full refund
will be made.
- For an auction that is sold "AS IS - NO RETURNS," the product
cannot be returned for a refund. Please be sure to read the product
