Baldwin Console Spinet Piano 

HISTORY ON THE BALDWIN SPINET PIANO 

The story that comes with this piano is that it is a very early product
built while Mr. Baldwin still ran the company. Apparently he remained with
the company only 10 years and numbering began with #1000 after his departure.
The case is a bit unusual with floor to top columns at the corners and
side by side double legs from the toe blocks to the keybed.

PARTING WAYS

This piano was purchased by my grandmother direct from the manufacturer when I was 7 years old. I grew up with this piano. This good luck charm allowed me to strenghten my music abilities and influenced my decision to continue my education in teaching & piano/music.

I have since inherited a piano from my mother-in-law and do not have the space for two pianos. I promised my mother-in-law before her passing that I would continue my future with her  piano, being the reason why I am parting with this one. I would also like to pass this "good luck" charm on to another pupil with the dream of becoming one with music.
