PAYMENT ~ Payment is by Paypal only and is expected within 1 day of auction close. If you cannot pay within this time period please contact me BEFORE bidding to okay this. Non-paying bidders will be reported and processed through EBAY's non-paying bidder program. Sorry but I do not offer pick up of items unless the item is very large. I do not have a store therefore it is inconvenient for people to come to my home.
SHIPPING ~ Usually shipped within 3 days after payment. Winning bidder pays all shipping & insurance. I always use quality packing materials like peanuts and bubble wrap and will double box when needed. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items, under any circumstance , once they leave me. Please note that Canada Post does not cover any breakage for glass or ceramic products. Not to worry as I package very well.
COMBINED SHIPPING ~ I combine shipping charges (based on the weight of the package). Just let me know which items you are interested in. There are a few situations where combined shipping is not possible due to size, weight or items which are fragile. If more than one item is won please wait for a combined invoice to save you on shipping.
