• We tokenize all of our slot machines for sale via eBay. We remove the bill acceptor & cash box, replace all signage referring to denomination, and modify the comparitor to accept only tokens.
• All of our slot machines are shopped, tested, and cleaned before they are listed on eBay to insure you receive a working machine!  The slot machine in the picture is the exact machine that you are bidding on.
• Unless otherwise stated, we warranty our machines for 30 days from delivery.  We have staff available to assist you with any questions via email or telephone.  See our contact information listed below.
• Tokens are available on our eBay store (tokens are minted with the words "NO CASH VALUE").
• Please read the eBay Rules & Regulations closely (listed below).  We adhere to all Federal, State, & Local laws, and the eBay Rules & Regulations - no exceptions.
• We are registered with the Department of Justice. We will gladly fax our DOJ registration papers to you upon request.
• Unless otherwise stated, all of our slot machines are used and have some natural wear & tear from the casino (small chips, dings, scrapes, etc).
• Your bid is a contract that you will not use this machine for anything other than entertainment.  Worldwide Gaming reserves the right to cancel a bid if we believe that the bidder intends to use this machine for gambling.
• Worldwide Gaming recommends the use of a surge protector on all slot machines.
• Worldwide Gaming has a complete service department.  We provide in-home or drop-off service for Twin Cities residents and freight service to the rest of the world.
• Locks & Keys are not included with slot machines, but we'll install them for you for only $15.00/set.
• Tokens are not included unless otherwise specified.

• Direct to door shipments available!
• A phone number is required prior to shipment.
• Please specify whether your machine will be shipped to a residence or a business (home businesses are still considered residences).
• Liftgate service is available for $125.
• Shipping charges will vary based on the buyer's location. Buyer pays actual shipping costs on all items.
• Please allow up to 5 business days after payment is processed to ship your items.
• Local pick-up is available at no extra charge.
• Local home delivery is $85 plus mileage.
• Bill of Lading or Tracking numbers will be provided to the buyer via email or telephone within 48 hours of item shipment.

PALLETIZING:

• Single item palletizing fee is $25/pallet.
• A $10/pallet handling fee will be added for additional items.
• All palletized items are shipped via LTL truck unless otherwise specified.

POLICIES:

• Insurance is included with all Slot Machine LTL shipments.
• Insurance is optional on all other orders - buyer must contact us prior to payment if requesting insurance.
• 6.65% Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases made in Minnesota.
• In order to assure proper delivery of your item(s), please include your phone number with your shipping/payment information.

• Antique slot machines: Generally, slot machines that are at least 25 years old may be listed on eBay, provided that the seller explicitly states the age of the machine in the listing. However, buyers and sellers in the following states may not participate in antique slot machine sales due to laws prohibiting slot machine ownership in their state: Alabama, Connecticut, Hawaii, Indiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, and Tennessee. A few states require that slot machines be even older to qualify for antique status, but a few allow more recent machines. So check your local laws to ensure that your transaction is lawful in your area. Please note that replica coin-operated slot machines that are operable and are less than 25 years old may not be listed on eBay.

• Non-coin-operated slot machines: Slot machines that do not accept or pay out coins or currency may be listed on eBay regardless of their age, and buyers from all states may participate in these sales. However, slot machines that can be readily converted to use for coins or currency are treated as coin-operated machines and prohibited in Alabama, California, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Oregon. Therefore, buyers and sellers in those states may not participate in those listings.
• Non-functional slot machines: Machines that were never functional but made solely for display may be listed on eBay. In addition, coin-operated slot machines that have been permanently altered so that they will not accept any coin or slot and cannot be converted into an operational slot machine may be listed without restriction.
