Auction payments are due in THREE days, Best offers are due within 24 hours of invoice and Buy it now payments are due IMMEDIATELY. Why so quickly? That said, please note that items not paid for on time may be relisted to the next highest bidder at anytime beginning the 2nd day past the due date. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/INSURANCE INFO
All International shipping will be without exception via USPS international priority mail. The cost you see listed includes mandatory insurance and a small handling fee to cover my time to source, list & ship the item. I do not participate in fraudulent schemes so please do not ask me to mark your item as 'gift' so you can avoid paying whatever additional fees your country may impose. Please note: intenational bidders are inelligible for free shipping .
DOMESTIC SHIPPING/INSURANCE INFO
Domestic shipping will be via 1st class mail. Heavy or bulky items will be mailed via parcel post. If you would like to pay for priority mail please select it at the close of bidding. Insurance is mandatory for drop ships (items sent to your name at any other address other than what is pre-printed in paypal). I must be notified at the time of bidding if you plan to drop ship. In all other cases, insurance is optional. If you fail to purchase it, you are agreeing to release us from any and all financial responsibility to you in any type of dispute requesting reimbursement brought about from a USPS error (damaged, lost, delayed).
SHIPPING/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
All shipments will have delivery confirmation. You will automatically be sent shipping confirmation notice and your reference number from paypal once I ship the item so please keep a look out for it. It's always best to check your delivery confirmation status first before emailing me regading delivery questions as I do not personally track each shipment and will reference you back to this paragraph if it has been less than 10 days since shipment for domestic items and 21 days for international. I have paypal automatically send you the information so you can track it yourself. You can access the status of your item by clicking the "order details" tab next to the item in your "items won" page on ebay or by entering the delivery confirmation number on the USPS website.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment. Please remember that delivery time is slower during peak holiday times (click link for info). If for some reason the item is returned to us, We will email you as such and it will then be YOUR responsibility to pay shipping and handling fees for us to re-package and re-ship the item back to you. We will not pay to re-ship it nor will we split the costs. Failure to pay the fees within 2 weeks of email notification of return will constitute your forefiture of the item & all financial costs associated with the transaction.
Please remember many of the items you are bidding on are pre-owned. Minor imperfections are a standard expectation as they've been around the block a few times worn by someone else. Major flaws will be noted but as my sight is quickly waning with age, if I miss a few small ones, give a gal the benefit of the doubt and email me BEFORE you go postal in your feedback. Also note that between my camera flash (or lack thereof) and varying monitors, shades and coloring may appear differently. Lastly - as everyone seems to have their own definintion of what constitutes excellent, good and very good - here are the guidelines that I base my item conditions with:

Gently worn with no readily apparent signifigantly major flaws to the naked eye.
Very Good
Item with standard wear for its age such as natural distressed denim, scuffs on shoes, or surface/shadow stains on the fabric or accessory. In other words, typical & expected minor flaws that don't distract from the overall wearability of the item.
Good
Item that has noticeable signs of living the "Good Life".
Days in the sun (color fading), nights on the town (stains larger than a penny) & shakin' that booty till they pull you off the dance floor (loose seams, small holes or fabric snags). Probably not a candidate for the persnickety shopper, but lots of stylin left in it for the rest of us common folk :) Such flaws are either repairable or wearable as purchased.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
All items are sold as-is with no returns or refunds unless the item has been grossly misrepresented beyond the condition definitions as listed above. We are p-r-e-t-t-y meticulous when making condition judgements on our items so I'm talking it has got to be an overtly colossal misrepresentation. Minor imperfections do not constitute a gross misrepresentation and are therefore invalid for a refund. All that being said - If a return is granted - a RA# number will be given which must be written on the outside of the package. Failure to do so will void the return. Item must be postmarked for return no later than 3 days from the USPS delivery confimation date. Failure to do so will void the return. For international returns, item must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving your RA#. Failure to do so will void the return. Shipment must be in the same method as originally shipped to you + delivery confirmation. Insurance is mandatory for international returns. Failure to ship item in this manner will void the return. I will need to be emailed the delivery confimation or insurance number the same day the item is actually mailed as proof the item was shipped out on time. Failure to do so will void the return. The parcel date will be checked upon reciept before opening as well. If any part of this procedure and ship method is not followed, the item will be marked 'refused - return to sender' and sent back to you.
