Any items that were purchased and are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any used items do not qualify for a return. We will not accept any package without giving us prior notification and receiving an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). If the wrong item is shipped we will replace it for the correct item (you will not be responsible for any charges). If the wrong item is purchased you will be required to ship it back at your own expense and will be subject to an additional shipping charge in order to re-ship you the correct item.
