RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.
If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at service.md0259@i-soldit.com. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. All electronics are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
In some cases, an item's functionality, authenticity, or other characteristics cannot be tested or verified by us. When applicable, there will be a note in the description to inform you of this. In these cases, a return will not be accepted due to the notated factor.

We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard from buyers in the USA. All other buyers MUST use PayPal. We do not accept Money Orders or personal checks.
Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. |

What will my shipping and handling fees be?

Can you ship outside of the United States?
We do ship internationally but please check the shipping calculator to verify that your country is on the list.
Do you take money orders or checks?
No, we do not. We can only accept PayPal and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa) and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.
What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
We make every effort to fully test items we sell. However, since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
What is an ISI#?
iSold It runs thousands of auctions every day. The ISI# is a unique number we assign to our auctions to track them in our internal systems. Please refer to the ISI# whenever possible when contacting us for customer assistance.
I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay.
