PAYMENT

1. I accept Paypal payment in Canadian and US funds.

2. I accept Paypal, US or Canadian money orders. *NO US GREEN POSTAL MONEY ORDERS - these cannot be cashed outside of the USA. Corner store, Walmart, W.U., etc., are all fine. Any money order except a green US postal money order. NO CHEQUES /CHECKS.

3. All Paypal payments due within 3 days of purchase. Other payments due within 10 days. If there is a problem then please email - I can be flexible.

4. When an item is purchased, I expect payment. Listing on eBay is not cheap. Non-paying bidders will receive negative feedback.

SHIPPING

1. CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES are calculated by postal code or in other words, by mileage. This is why it may cost more to ship within Canada than to the US - it may also cost less. Please email with postal code for estimate.

2. ALL RATES TO USA for surface & air mail are quoted within the listing unless the item is over 1 kilogram. Items over 1K are ship 'expedited'. Expedited service is tracked, insured and faster than air mail. Please email with state for shipping estimate if amount is not in listing. *For faster delivery, please include all of your zip code- not just the 5 digits. This does make a difference.

3. Small packets are insured against loss. There is no tracking available on small packets (under 1 kilo).

4. I RECOMMEND AIR MAIL. Air mail to the USA approx. 7 - 10 business days.

5. I will automatically send your invoice with the cheaper surface shipping amount that is quoted in the listing (unless you request air mail). Surface mail to the continental USA may take 5 weeks. Although the average time is 3 weeks.

PLEASE BE PATIENT as it may have been held at the border. *If you don't want the wait  then please send the item air mail. It's worth the little bit extra. Delivery delays are not my fault. I ship promptly on Monday & Thursday and usually more often - especially in the Christmas season.
