Shipping Information

Winning bidder pays actual shipping & handling. Shipping costs vary by zone (in US), and by country (international). You can use the shipping calculator below to estimate the costs, or email me with your zip code or country.

Insurance is optional, not required, but strongly recommended. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail without insurance.

I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases.

Payment Terms

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING! I can accept the following forms of payment:

• Paypal
• Cashier's check or money order

After the auction closes, you will receive an email confirming your winning bid. The email will have payment instructions and a link to click on, making your checkout fast and easy!

At checkout, your shipping information will be collected and your shipping charges will be calculated for you. This will help me process your order more quickly.

Because of the large number of non-paying bidders, the following terms have become necessary:

• You MUST complete my Auctionworks checkout within 2 days of the end of the auction.
• I MUST receive your payment within 10 days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made.

Unfortunately, if you do not comply with these terms, it will result in a Non-Paying Bidder Alert being filed and the auction being relisted.

Please note: California residents will be charges 8.25% sales tax

Return Policy

We take customer satisfaction very seriously! If you receive your product and you are not satisfied, you may return it immediately for a refund (less shipping costs). For a refund, we must be notified via email at Returns@toymomsattic.com upon your receipt of the order.

We also offer a 30 day exchange policy for any manufacturing defects, where you can return your product and we will exchange it or offer a refund (less shipping) at our discretion.
