defective merchandise. Please see our about me page for additional policies and terms. We are always prompt to send out invoices, respond to inquiries and expedite all orders. We ship on a daily basis and in most cases if your item is paid for by 6:00 am EST, it will ship the same business day. We email all buyers a paid receipt and also a shipping notice, so we communicate the entire process of the sale to your door. We only sell games we have in stock and if for any reason we cannot fill your order, you will be notified immediately. Buyer should make the assumption all games are either greatest hits, platinum hits or players choice versions. Our games are NTSC Region coded for USA, Canada and Latin America. No returns on games bought incompatible for your region.

All bidders must make contact and payment arrangements with me within 48 hours of close of the auction and payment must be sent/mailed within 3 days of auction end and received here within 12 days of auction close. There is no exceptions to this without prior approval by emailing us.
If checkout is not completed within specified periods after auction closes as stipulated above, we reserve the right to list the item again and we will post negative feedback and file an unpaid item strike.
