 To qualify for combined shipping, all items must be on one invoice and must be shipped to the same address.  Please do not make payment for any of your items until you have finished all of your shopping.  You can then message me to send you a final, combined invoice. 

I welcome International buyers and ship WORLDWIDE except to Italy, Turkey, Poland and Russia  If you live in one of those countries and wish to make a purchase, contact me first.  I cannot ship sample sizes, GWP's, testers or items without the original packaging to Germany.  (I cannot ship this item to Germany).

I am not responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed after the sale.  Please understand that your country's custom's department may hold up the delivery of your package, so please allow ample time for your delivery expectations. 

I ship USPS First Class Mail for both Domestic and International unless the package weighs over 13 oz.  Want expidited shipping? Contact me for prices before you pay your invoice. 

I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail. My duty is to deliver the package to the USPS and that is where it stops.  If you purchase an item, you are agreeing that you will not file a dispute or claim, ask for a refund or replacement,  or give me bad feedback due to non-receipt of your item. Of course, if for some reason I have forgotten to mail your item, I will take full responsiblity for that.  If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or bid.  I have not had any packages lost in the U.S. but have had a few lost during shipment Internationally.  If you do not want to take the risk, you should purchase insurance.

 Insurance is Optional for Domestic First Class Mail and Not Available for International First Class Mail.  Should you want insurance on international packages, please contact me for rates as I will have to ship via International Priority Mail at a higher cost.  

Please bid or purchase with confidence by asking questions before you bid or commit to Buy It Now.  Make certain you are aware of the size and color and have read the detailed discription of the item(s) in mind.  Sometimes photographs do not accurately depict the color.  To be certain of the color, check the brand's website. You can also contact me and I will do my best to describe it and/or send another photo.

Due to the personal nature of the majority of the products I carry (cosmetics); I am unable to accept returns unless otherwise indicated.  However, if I have failed to note a flaw or have unknowingly misrepresented an item and you are unhappy, contact me and I will give you a full refund.  If you have made a mistake or you are not happy, contact me and I will try my best to work with you to come up with a solution.
