Customer Service & Return Policy

• Packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (most often sooner) of my receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends.  Please keep in mind that Echecks can take 5 to 7 days to clear.

• Domestic packages ship with free delivery confirmation and insurance - items will be replaced free of charge if lost or damaged during transit.

• A shipping notification email will be sent after your package is in possession of the postal service.

• 100% customer satisfaction guarantee - you will receive exactly the item stated and pictured in the auction listing, and all items will be described as accurately as possible to the best of my ability.  Any claims and/or descriptions stated are those of the manufacturer.

• Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of customer receipt of item providing that the product sent back is in the same condition as was received - unused and unopened.  Refund amount will be for the winning bid amount.  Customer pays return shipping cost unless there was a mistake in the listing or mistake in item shipped, then a full refund will be given or shipping costs will be refunded for an exchange.  Customer must email me prior to shipping back for return authorization and instructions.
