I KNOW THE NEEDLE DOES MOVE ,BUT I AM NOT SURE WHEN OR HOW YOU SET IT!!!..THIS MEASURES 17 " LONG X 9 " WIDE AND IS WHAT YOU CALL A " GREAT BIT OF KITSCH!
