INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM SHIPPING: Due to the increasing number of lost packages, we are requiring ALL international shipments to be sent by USPS Express Mail with insurance. This will ensure that your package will be sent the safest way possible. Prices begin at $33.50 for the first and $6 for each after that. All programs larger than 9.5 inches by 12.5 inches are $35. Water damage. Missing or cut pages.
