Darrel Aune was the first maker of and is the exclusive producer of Water Buffalo Horn fire pistons with O-ring seals to Midwest Native Skills Institute in Illinois where Les Stroud of Discovery Channel‘s “Survivorman“ purchased the fire piston he used on his Alaskan episode.
