“I just want to say that I
just started your e-Training for Basketball program this
past week and I’ve already put it to great use. I am an
assistant coach for a high school basketball team in Chicago
and we came in last place in our conference this year. That
said, we had a good year. We started out with quite a few
seniors, and ended with one. After cleaning out the
discipline problems, we were starting one freshman, two
sophomores, a junior and a senior the second half of the
year. We didn't win many games but our youngsters have come
a long way. Recently, we lost to the number one team in the
state by 9 and the number 2 team by 8. Our kids were in
most of the games we played but were just not strong enough
to finish games. I have been talking to our head coach
about improving our off season weight program, and
implementing an in season program as well. I love the

programs. Hopefully I will be writing back next year
with good results....and then the next year again because we
will have the same kids on this program for three years.
