CONDITION:

Item has been pulled from non-working unit. In most cases it is new or may have a small scratch. All will be intact without cracks. 
Any DOA Item (i.e. not-working) will receive a full refund if notice is provided within the time period given in the auction. Non DOA returns will receive a store credit and buyer must pay return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. If applicable, we can assist with warrenty claims with the manufacturer.

SHIPPING: 

All of our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your cleared payment. We will be using USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost effective to your location. AK AND HI RESIDENTS ADD $20, PR ADD $15 AND GUAM $25 TO FINAL COST. THIS IS DUE TO WEIGHT OF THE ITEM. If preferred, we can send an invoice.
You will get the Tracking Number with our shipping notice. Returns by the Post Office for the wrong address will be charged the cost to reship the item. All addresses validated by USPS prior to shipping.

International Priority Mail includes a Customs tracking number but not a USPS tracking number. This only allows verification that the item arrived at your customs facility. If you want tracking door to door, you may request DHL, EMS or UPS at their higher shipping rates. 

Note that even though we ship within 48 hours, UK CUSTOMS can take 7 to 30 days to process at this time. Please be patient. Other countries are 5 to 10 days.
