You are bidding on a brand new, BADBOY Blasters, Model BB-3990XLD, Sandblast Cabinet.  The door on this cabinet is our newest design. It was designed for space as the door doesn't open outward. But upward and back. This is done with a pressure loaded cylinder, simply push up on the door and the cylinders take it the rest of the way up. There isn't a blaster built like the BADBOY BB-3990XLD-BV.This cabinet has our new SUPER quiet vacuum dust collector that sounds like a hair dryer running. No brush type vacuum, this contains a totally enclosed 110 volt electric motor. It contains twin air bags that are inverted up side down. This allows the dust once it collects to assend by gravity pull into a collection tray at the base of the vacuum unit. Simply pull the tray out and dump at the end of each business day- if used continuously. The filtration is .005 micron which means no dust being extruded  from the vacuum air vent. The vacuum unit comes with a push button control with over heat safety protection. This protects the motor if someone forgets to change the filtration system,which places a strain on the vacuum motor. \. Once a piece is loaded for blasting- there is no need to move it until completed. We built this cabinet with fluorescent 6 bulb design for superior lighting twice what any other model we build has. Being in the designing end of sandblasters for years and reviewing the products available on the market today, we created and designed the most perfect sandblast cabinet on the market, keeping you in mind through out the entire process.  Our cabinet is built with extreme durability, is very user friendly, has easy access, and is an attractive looking unit that simply gets the job done right.  Our thought all along was that if you are spending this kind of money on a piece of equipment, then you not only want it constructed well, you also want it to be equipped with the best of everything. The floor construction is a 14 gauge plate of steel with hundreds of .080 holes. This floor is designed to be a built in screen for filtering over sized particals from the media during the blasting process. This prevents plug ups, & only good media can return to the storage hopper. The over sized item can be swept out, not the typical chicken wire like the competition. There is not a blaster like this on the market!

Our BADBOY Sandblasters are made using the uppermost durable paint available that will last a lifetime.  We use only Powder Coat Paint.  We take much pride in our merchandise and want it to be in the same exceptional quality years to come as when you first purchased it.  Our cabinets are fully assembled and tested before shipped.  The unit will be shipped in a fully enclosed shipping crate omitting any scratches &/or dents.  Appearance is extremely important to our company in addition to construction and satisfied customers.

The construction on our cabinets are made of a 16 gauge  metal on the body and the legs are a 14 gauge.  You simply cannot hurt this elite industrial cabinet.  The vacuum unit on this cabinet produces a 285 CFM of air flow. 

The system is very quiet compared to "sweeper motor" models over a barrel.  Barrels only magnify sound.  We built our BADBOY blaster to be of a more quieter and pleasing sound. 

Our sandblaster will consume anything from corn cob, glass bead, black beauty, soda, aluminum oxide, urethane, and polyester just to name a few.  We do not recommend using Silica sand in our blast cabinet.  Silica sand produces a hazardous dust.  If inhaled this can cause Siliceous.  This machine is made for residential, industrial, and continuous use.

Our sandblast cabinets come with a One Year Warranty on the Vacuum dust collector.
