which has been around since Moses Quinby was credited with the invention
of the modern single-handheld smoker.
Others sellers think they came up with the concept of a smoker but I
thought ole'Moses Quinby passed away back in 1875?

This is an auction for the BEE BEE Q Smoker.
This is great unit for smoking meats and cheese at under 90 to 100 degrees. This is the first step in adding smoke flavor to anything you'd like to.
Our unit attaches to your smoker (bbq grills or smokers can be used). Or you can purchase a metal garbage can and racks. All you would need to do is drill a 1/2" hole in the side of the can, and using the nuts that are supplied with the unit, just bolt it right up. To start smoking, (take top and bottom covers off)just light the wood chips/pellets (we include pellets to start you off) to start enough heat and smoke, hook the air pump to the bottom cover and install, then install top cover and in no time your cheeses, meats and fish will be smoked! And keep in mind; we use quality brass shut off valves. The smoker lasts for a good 4 to 6 hours(depends on amount of pellets and air allowed through unit ), this unit is easily reloadable from the top. But keep in mind, this doesn't "cook" the item, but adds the smoke flavor
