Recommended Use: Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with water or your favorite beverage. For best results consume 1 serving 60 minutes prior to exercise and 1 serving immediately after exercise but at least 3 hours after the first serving. Non Training Days: Take 1 scoop with first meal of the day, take second serving with a meal at least 6 hours later. For best results: Take along with foods.
