Return Policy
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before attempting to return any merchandise! Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a damaged item, we will offer a replacement as soon as the buyer returns the damaged item to us.
