                We specialize in tactical equipment.  We started our company outfitting combat rifles with equipment – hence the name “Sexy Weapon.”  We’ve expanded somewhat and now consider the whole person to be a weapon – and we just want to help make you a bit more sexy.  And by sexy we mean more efficient, practical, and professional.  Have fun and happy bidding.

1)      All of our items are guaranteed to be brand new and never used.

2)      We accept returns but only if the item is defective or not as we describe it.  If we mess up, we’ll fix it quickly.

3)      PAYMENT DETAILS.

a.       We only accept payment via PayPal.

b.      Payment with eCheck via Paypal will not be shipped until the check is clear.  This process normally takes less than 5 days.

c.       Payment must be received within 7 days of sale to avoid an Unpaid Dispute Strike.

d.      We don’t want to file Unpaid Dispute Strikes – however, we will if we aren’t paid as it is the only way we can recoup the eBay fees required to list the item.  Please contact us if there is going to be an issue and we can resolve it without involving Ebay.

4)      SHIPPING.

a.       We ship all items within 3 business days.  Generally, it’s the same day.

b.      We leave positive feedback after you’ve paid.

c.       Please make sure the “shipped to” address you enter during checkout is correct.  Due to eBay seller protection policy we cannot change the shipping address once payment is made.

d.      We are not responsible for typos or undeliverable addresses.

e.      We use both flat rate shipping for some items and USPS Priority Mail.

5)      INTERNATIONAL.

a.       We ship international thru USPS Priority International.  Please allow a few extra days for shipment.
