We strongly suggest that you have your item(s) delivered to either the nearest shipping terminal or a confirmed business address (with loading dock) in order to qualify for Business - Dock to Dock RATES!!! Otherwise, residential shipping rates will apply!!! See chart below for details.

The 3rd column is our best rate but the shipping address MUST be a business with a dock or item(s) must be removed from truck by purchaser or designee- You will be asked to provide a business name in the shipping information for verification. This rate also applies to pickups of the item from the carrier’s nearest terminal- Please call us for their locations in your area.

If a residential address is entered as ship to, an additional fee of up to $100 will have to be paid AFTER CHECKOUT for residential delivery! (YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECOND INVOICE VIA PAYPAL)

If a residential address is entered as ship to and a lift gate delivery truck is required, an additional fee of up to $190 will have to be paid AFTER CHECKOUT for residential delivery.

*The above chart is based on shipments being standard pallet size, less then 52 inches tall, and weighing less than 750 pounds.
* Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed and vary depending on time of year and holidays.
* For rural areas, your item may be consigned from our carrier to an interline (second) carrier. Please call if you would like an update on the tracking information on your item.
We cannot ship freight items to APO, FPO, or PO BOX addresses.
