Arrival times vary. LETTERMAIL/LIGHT packet is at your own risk. For the USA, Small Packet Air is said to be faster than Small Packet Surface but both have insurance. Shipments are from Canada on the East Coast in Quebec, therefore destinations that are further from this area will take longer to arrive. Please consider this when choosing a shipping option.

Returns ~ All Sales are final unless grossly misrepresented or defective. Contact me with issues as I am very easy to work with unless you give me reason not to be! {I'm kidding!} I am happy to refund customers who fall under these conditions.

Should an item qualify for a refund the amount that is refunded is the amount of the item that was purchased only {no shipping charges are refunded}. Once items are returned to me a refund will be issued.
