BEAUTIFUL 1940's KAY ARCHTOP w/ BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL HSC!

This is a beautiful 1940's Kay archtop acoustic guitar in excellent all original condition & includes the also beautiful original hardshell case!! The story on this awesome guitar is that the original owner bought it back in the 40's & paid $70 or so for it much to the displeasure of his wife. Everytime he would take the guitar out of it's case to play, his wife would start an argument so he put the guitar in the case & rarely, if ever took it out!  The guitar is in just incredible condition down to the original frets & the ultra rare Kluson 'Seal Fast' tuner keys!  There is a 1/2 size spot on the back of the guitar where the finish has been knocked off (see photo) and wouldn't be very tough to touch up. There's also an area around the neck joint where a small amount of finish is gone, which also can be touched up.  The guitar plays great & sounds great with no issues. It's a major find & very tough to find in this amazing condition.
