Your ownership usage will begin in the year 2010. This ownership is 17,500 points, annual usage. Maintenance fees are annual due by January 1st each year and the $1750 est. maint. fee includes your taxes and club dues.. To start using your week, simply prepay the 2010 maintenance fee and make your reservation.
