 MISTAKE MADE ON MANUFACTURER  It is made by AMERICAN HOMESTAR  in Guin, Alabama.  Serial number CHAL6097 A/B  I have the homeowner's manuals to go with the home.  The manuals have set up and installation instructions.  It also has instructions on how to care for the home.  I am also not sure if the walls are sheetrock or panels.  I know that the walls have strips over them where the panels meet.  There are two skylights, and the porch cost $4,000.00 to build and attach.  The deck was less than that.  They can go with the home for a fraction of the original cost.  The bookcases and entertainment centers are built in, as well as the fireplace with gas logs.  It has a 9" deep sink in the kitchen.  The kitchen faucet has been replaced with a solid metal one.  The "Bootlegger" pantry is HUGE.  GREAT if you like to cook.  R-30 insulation in the ceiling.  Motion detecter lights mounted around the unit.  Storm windows.  4 ton A/C unit  Crown Moldings, weatherwood roof, vaulted ceilings throughout.
