Most items are sent by either regular or registered post - it is your choice. You will be given both options on checkout, please choose registered post for peace of mind and do not complain if you did not and the item was lost or broken in transit. Some items including all international purchases will be posted registered post only. All parcels are sent as soon as practicable after payment is cleared.

International parcels over 2kg are sent by regular mail but automatically include insurance.

If you require express post please contact me before you pay. Registered post provides compensation up to $100. All insurance costs are added at current AU Post rates.

If your item is fragile and/or has value over $100 I highly recommend insurance. Insurance is always a wise option, however if not taken then I will not accept any responsibility for the lost or damaged parcels once they leave here. I never compromise on the security of my packaging but accidents may happen at the post office. Please do not ask for refund in case of lost or damaged parcels as I am not an insurance company, but I will be happy to assist you the best way I can with insurance claim process.
