All items must be paid in full seven days from the close of auction, or the item will be relisted. You are responsible for making arrangements to have the merchandise delivered to you from our Saugerties, NY warehouse. You may use any shipper of your choice or the 3 we have listed. We only issue refunds of store credits. Refunds are only given if the merchandise received is not what was advertised. If the truckers damage any merchandise in transit, you must resolve your issues with the trucking company you have chosen. Most items arrive in NY within 8 - 10 weeks. We also include in our prices all re crating and palleting of items from Asia. If mantels are not recrated upon deliver there is a good chance they will arrive damaged. There may be a small charge for this. Email with questions.
