BEAUTIFUL ELIPTICALSHAPED, HAND-PAINTED CERAMIC VASE - 7 3/4 x 4 3/4 x 2 1/4. No reserve on this absolutely stunning VASE, crafted in clay (we think) and hand-painted in beautiful tones of blues, soft greens and rich earth tones. Overall background color is matte creamy---very soft...with one side decorated in what we can only describe as "Sun, Sky, Trees and Water"...the other side features a 'leaf' and against what we are calling the Sun. Very serene. The colors are very soft and gentle. Have a look at the accompanying photographs...they are reasonably accurate in terms of color and technique (and do the VASE much more justice than my description). VASE measures 7 3/4 tall x 4 3/4 wide x 2 1/4 deep and is 'eliptical' in configuration. No marks on the bottom (underside) but the lower right corner of the front ("Sun, Sky, Trees and Water" side) has what looks like four 'sevens' in a row (7777). Don't know what it means on this VASE...now, if this were a slot machine, well that's another story. In any case, it is in VERY VERY GOOD condition, no nicks or chips. Just a beautiful VASE that will complement any setting.
